When can I expect to receive my products?

Everything is hand made to order. We take the time make sure everything is handled with love and attention to detail. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery for any order on the website.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes, but you will have to pay any additional shipping costs.


Do you do large-scale installations?

Yes! Please get in touch.


Do you collaborate?

Yes! If you are interested in collaborating please get in touch and lets see if and how we can work together!


Do you do custom work?

Yes, we do. Please feel free to get in touch if you are interested in something that is not offered in the shop.


I love this item in your shop, but I want it in a different color, can you do that for me?

Maybe. Please get in touch to see if your colors are available. Note there will be additional charges for any customization.


Do you wholesale or consign to shops?

Yes. If you are interested in carrying Dana Haim products, please email us and tell us a little bit about your business.


What is your domestic return policy ?

Variations in color, pattern, and size should be expected with handmade textiles. We do not accept returns because of these irregularities. However, if for some other reason you are not satisfied with your product, you may return it (clean, unused) within one week of receipt for a full refund via Paypal. Please tell us why you aren't satisfied and we'll provide you with the necessary return details and address. We love feedback, so please let us know if there is anything we could be doing better. Thank you!


What is your international return policy ?

All international sales are final. Unfortunately we cannot offer exchanges or returns on international orders.
